1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") govern the relationship between jiliev (hereinafter "jiliev", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "the User", "the Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through jiliev.net (hereinafter "the Website" or "the Platform").

jiliev operates as an offshore online casino and sports betting platform. The Platform provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, crash games, and sports betting markets. All services are offered in English and denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) for the convenience of players based in Bangladesh.

By creating an account on jiliev.net, by depositing funds, by placing a bet or wager, or by accessing any game, promotional offer, or support service available on the Platform, you represent that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jiliev. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise specified.

1.1 Language of Agreement

The authoritative version of these Terms is the English-language version published on jiliev.net. Any translated or paraphrased summary provided elsewhere for user convenience does not constitute the binding version of these Terms.

1.2 Jurisdiction & Governing Law

jiliev operates as an offshore platform. Users are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. jiliev makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. By using the Platform, you accept full responsibility for compliance with any local laws applicable to your use of online gaming services.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

Access to and use of jiliev is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above. jiliev maintains a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

2.1 Verification of Age

jiliev reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing any withdrawal request, or at any other time deemed appropriate by our compliance team. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification, a valid national identity card (NID), or a valid passport. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time specified by jiliev may result in account suspension.

2.2 Underage Account Closure

If jiliev determines or reasonably suspects that an account is held by or is being used by a person under the age of 18, jiliev will immediately suspend the account, freeze any balance, and conduct a formal investigation. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any bonus amounts applied. jiliev will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from the closure of an underage account.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended primarily for adult players based in Bangladesh. jiliev does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. Users from restricted jurisdictions who circumvent geographic access controls are in breach of these Terms and their accounts may be closed without return of funds.

• jiliev may conduct enhanced due diligence on any account where age or identity is uncertain.

3 Account Registration

To use the real-money features of jiliev — including deposits, withdrawals, and placing bets — you must register a personal account. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on jiliev. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. jiliev will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jiliev support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. jiliev reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible and compliant operation, jiliev operates a Know Your Customer process. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at various stages of account use. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jiliev may have their withdrawal requests delayed or their access to the Platform restricted.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jiliev are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jiliev supports a range of local payment methods for the convenience of players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jiliev is ৳200 per transaction. There is no upper limit on a single deposit transaction, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your jiliev account within minutes of a confirmed transaction from your payment provider. jiliev does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. jiliev does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment account not registered in your name, jiliev reserves the right to reverse the transaction and restrict the account pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed by jiliev's payments team on a 24/7 basis. Our target processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is 15 minutes from the time the request is approved. Processing times may be longer for bank transfer withdrawals, which can take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

All withdrawal requests require a fully verified account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for deposits where possible. jiliev reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Integrity

jiliev uses SSL encryption to protect all financial transactions conducted on the Platform. You must not attempt to reverse, chargeback, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on your jiliev account. Any fraudulent chargeback or dispute will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action to recover funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms outlined in the individual promotion, in addition to these General Terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus amounts credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 25x) will be stated clearly in the promotional terms for each offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jiliev reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who are found to have exploited bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method deemed abusive by jiliev may have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on jiliev, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and recreational purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any point during the KYC process.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18 or facilitating access to the Platform by anyone under 18.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or glitches in games to gain an unfair advantage.

6.2 Account Sharing

Each jiliev account is personal to the registered user. You must not allow any other individual to access, use, or operate your account, even with your consent. jiliev will not be responsible for any losses that occur as a result of account sharing, and account sharing may result in suspension.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jiliev Platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each game operates according to the rules and mathematical models established by its respective provider. jiliev does not modify the RTP (return to player) percentages or game logic of any game in its library.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG (random number generator) casino games on jiliev use independently certified random number generation algorithms. The outcomes of these games are entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by jiliev, its staff, or any player. 7.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error during a game session, jiliev reserves the right to void the affected game round. Where a malfunction has resulted in an erroneous payout, jiliev reserves the right to recover the incorrectly paid amount from the player's account balance. jiliev will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions caused by third-party provider issues, internet connectivity problems on the player's side, or force majeure events.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on jiliev are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. Odds are set by jiliev's sports pricing team and are correct at the time a bet is placed. jiliev reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from human error or data feed failures. In-play bets that are placed after the conclusion of the relevant event will be voided regardless of the displayed result.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

jiliev reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include but are not limited to the following.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including money laundering or identity theft.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity listed in Section 6 of these Terms.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under jiliev's Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your jiliev account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of any unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. jiliev will notify the registered email address before any dormancy fee or administrative charge is applied to a dormant account balance. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiliev's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their jiliev account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.1 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

jiliev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any other economic loss, even if jiliev has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

9.2 Service Availability

jiliev does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services. jiliev will make reasonable efforts to restore full service as promptly as possible in such circumstances.

9.3 Third-Party Content

The games available on jiliev are provided by third-party studios and providers. jiliev is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interrupted service originating within third-party game software. Any disputes relating to the outcome of a specific game must be raised with jiliev's support team, who will liaise with the relevant provider where required.

10 Amendments to These Terms

jiliev reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jiliev will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
